Set up 5-10 cones in a straight line (1-2 feet apart)
Dribble the ball through the cones using both feet
Focus on light touches and keeping the ball close
Pro Tip: Start slow, then increase speed as you improve.
Stand 5-10 feet away from a wall
Pass the ball against the wall and control the rebound
Alternate between inside-of-foot and laces passes
Why it works: Improves first touch and passing precision.
Place a target (cone, water bottle) in the goal corners
Shoot from 10-15 yards out, aiming for the targets
Focus on proper form: plant foot beside the ball, strike with laces
